I hopped onto a pole in 2019, just itching for something to hold my attention and help my mental health.
After every class and every bruise, I could feel my body getting stronger. I stopped focusing on how my body looked and started giving it props for what it could do.
Pole humbled me in ways but at the same time boosted my ego, and I mean my ego has never been bigger! I've also unlocked access to an incredible community of polers, who are such an inclusive and supportive group.
I want to share a bit of this with you, so you'll find the right environment in my studio that will get you feeling safe, strong and empowered, cause you belong here.
A Little More About Me
I've called St. Margaret's Bay home for more than ten years. When I'm not at my full-time job or on the pole, i'll likely be chasing around my favorite people: my half grown kiddos or my bfg, and our three fluffy pooches.
