I tried pole for the first time in 2019, I was itching for something to hold my attention and to improve my mental health.
After every class, I could feel my body getting stronger. Eventually, I stopped focusing on how my body looked and started focusing on what it could do.
Pole boosted my ego, and I mean my ego has never been bigger! I've found myself part of an incredible community of polers, who are such an inclusive and supportive group.
My goal as an instructor is to get you loving the way your body moves, in my studio you'll feel safe, strong and empowered, cause you belong here.
A Little More About Me
I've called St. Margaret's Bay home for more than ten years. When I'm not at my full-time job or on the pole, I'll likely be chasing around my favorite people: my half grown kiddos or my bfg, and our three fluffy pooches.
If you've ever thought about trying pole, this is your sign to do it! You won't regret it. DM me on Instagram, text 902-237-2019 or email to book a class.
