Studio Policies

• Class Waiver: Please complete waiver in advance of class Booking: All classes and rentals must be booked and paid for in advance 

• No-Shows: If you do not show up for a class or rental without notice, you will be charged the full price and may be asked to pay for your next class in advance.

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled class to warm up and get settled. For safety reasons, students arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be permitted to join the class.

Studio Etiquette

• What to Wear: 

  • Clothing: Familiar with the term less is more? Well the same is true for pole. Exposed skin helps us grip better.  Shorts with a sports bra or tank top is ideal. However, this is your class and you should be comfortable, so wear what you feel great in. If you're feeling scandalous, let me know and I'll dress to match!

  • Jewellery: Leave it behind or take it off before class, especially rings, bracelets and watches as they can scratch the finish of the poles 

  • Lotion: avoid lotions or oils before class, ideally 24 hours before
    
    

• Tolerance: This is a safe and inclusive space for everybody, anything that challenges this peace won't be tolerated.

• Filming: Highly encouraged throughout class, every class. However videos in which other students may be recordered, will require their consent
